Heck Jerky

  • 3 pounds of jerky
  • 3 cups of soy sauce
  • 2 cups of Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoons of liquid smoke
  • 1/2 pound of brown sugar 

Put your meat in a bowl and add Worcestershire sauce soy sauce liquid smoke mix it up then add the brown sugar roll it in just keep mixing it all until it's nice and syrupy put your jerky on the rack and add black pepper after on rack.

Cook at 225 degrees for 8hr checking often.
